The posting

Vi har økende aktivitet på Haugalandet og søker derfor etter nye kollegaer som kan drive satsingen vår i området videre. Er du en som ønsker å bidra med erfaring og kompetanse hos oss? Her kan du bli en nøkkelperson for videre utvikling av avdelingen, og vil kunne påvirke egen og andres arbeidshverdag i stor grad.

I avdelingen vår har vi prosjekter innen høyspentlinjer, kabelanlegg 22-132kv og stasjonsanlegg, og har behov for flere medarbeidere. Vi har mye arbeid lokalt i regionen, og samtidig mulighet for reising og rotasjonsarbeid for de som ønsker noe av dette.

Arbeidsoppgavene består av:

  • Koordinering av forskjellige aktører på anlegget
  • Montasje og vedlikehold, på nye og gamle anlegg.
  • Direkte kontakt med kunden
  • Være prosjektleders ressurs på anlegget, og sørge for oppdatert status som bidrar til god planlegging av prosjektene

Personlige egenskaper:

  • Du har vilje til å lykkes
  • Du liker å ta ansvar for andre og er pliktoppfyllende
  • Du samarbeider og kommuniserer godt
  • Du ser etter løsninger når problemer oppstår
  • Du tar ansvar for HMS på anlegget

Vi ser etter deg som:

  • har fagbrev og erfaring innen energimontørfaget. Lang erfaring i faget kan kompensere for dette.
  • er løsnings orientert og positiv
  • er vant til digitale hjelpemidler og kan sette deg inn i systemer og arbeidsrutiner som er nødvendig for å utføre arbeidsoppgavene
  • passer på at deg selv og de rundt deg arbeider trygt
