Por isso, buscamos por pessoas com mentalidade de crescimento, valorizando perfis que tenham capacidade de adaptação, senso colaborativo e sejam motivadas pela inovação e pelo aprendizado contínuo.Somos uma das empresas de tecnologia que mais crescem no país e buscamos alguém que queira evoluir junto conosco, contribuindo diretamente para o sucesso dos novos clientes desde seus primeiros passos na plataforma. 🚀#VempraOmieResponsabilidades e atribuiçõesO Analytics Engineer Sênior será responsável por estruturar e evoluir a camada analítica corporativa, transformando dados já disponíveis na plataforma em ativos confiáveis, organizados e orientados a métricas.Essa posição atua na interseção entre Analytics, Produto e Negócio, com foco em modelagem analítica, definição de KPIs e construção de data products reutilizáveis que suportem decisões estratégicas e iniciativas de IA.Seu papel é organizar o caos analítico, garantir consistência nas métricas e transformar análises recorrentes em produtos de dados escaláveis.Responsabilidades e atribuições:Modelagem Analítica & Métricas• Desenvolver e evoluir modelos dimensionais e orientados a métricas (fatos, dimensões e agregações analíticas).• Estruturar e padronizar KPIs corporativos, garantindo definição única e consistente entre áreas.• Construir data marts orientados a domínios de negócio.• Definir e manter camada semântica para consumo em BI e aplicações analíticas.• Documentar regras de negócio e cálculos de métricas de forma clara e auditável.Desenvolvimento de Soluções e Data Products• Projetar e evoluir produtos de dados baseados em métricas certificadas.• Criar datasets analíticos prontos para consumo por BI, sistemas internos e automações.• Estruturar bases confiáveis para suportar iniciativas de IA e modelos preditivos.• Transformar análises manuais recorrentes em soluções escaláveis.• Atuar junto às áreas de negócio na concepção de soluções orientadas a dados.Qualidade, Governança & Performance• Implementar testes de qualidade na camada analítica.• Garantir rastreabilidade e consistência das métricas.• Manter controle sobre versionamento e evolução dos modelos analíticos.• Assegurar performance adequada para consumo analítico.• Contribuir para padronização e governança das definições de indicadores.Atuação Estratégica• Trabalhar próximo a Produto, Operações e Finanças na definição de métricas estratégicas.• Ser referência técnica em modelagem analítica.• Elevar a maturidade de dados da organização.• Identificar oportunidades de transformar dados em novos produtos e soluções analíticas.O impacto esperado• Eliminar divergência de métricas entre áreas.• Criar ativos analíticos reutilizáveis.• Habilitar iniciativas de IA com dados estruturados.• Reduzir retrabalho analítico.• Posicionar dados como pilar estratégico da companhia.Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos e qualificações:Formação superior em Ciência da Computação, Engenharia de Dados, Sistemas de Informação ou áreas correlatas.Experiência comprovada como Analytics Engineer ou Engenheiro de Dados.Proficiência em Python e SQL para desenvolvimento e otimização de pipelines de dados.Domínio de conceitos e práticas em Big Data distribuído, com processamento batch e real time.Experiência com otimização de performance e tuning de queries em ambientes Redshift e Spark.Conhecimento em modelagem de dados (relacional, dimensional e lakehouse).Familiaridade com Git, CI/CD e práticas DataOps/DevOps.Excelentes habilidades de comunicação, liderança técnica e colaboração multidisciplinar.Perfil analítico, proativo e orientado à entrega de resultados com excelência técnica.Informações adicionais Benefícios para apoiar sua jornada Saúde e bem‑estarPlano Odontológico | Amil DentalPlano de Saúde | Bradesco SaúdePlataforma de Saúde MentalPlataforma de TelemedicinaSeguro de Vida | PrudentialBenefício FarmáciaAuxílio Academia Apoio à rotinaDay Off de AniversárioVale‑Refeição FlexívelAuxílio Home OfficeAuxílio-crecheVT e Fretado Parcerias e IncentivosPlataforma de Descontos (Allya, SwileShop e Dell)Benefícios EducacionaisBenefícios de ViagensPlano de Saúde PetSESCPPRL
