Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesDesenvolver, evoluir e manter agentes de IA com LangChain e LangGraph: estado e fluxos, tool calling, memória, human-in-the-loop e arquiteturas multiagente.Integrar LLMs e modelos de embeddings via Amazon Bedrock, escolhendo modelo e estratégia de acordo com qualidade, latência e custo.Construir pipelines de RAG: ingestão e chunking de documentos, embeddings, indexação e busca em Amazon OpenSearch Service e Amazon S3 Vectors (diretamente ou via Amazon Bedrock Knowledge Bases) e em bases vetoriais self-hosted em EC2/EKS.Desenvolver as APIs e os serviços que expõem os agentes e os conectam ao ERP da Omie, a bases de dados e a sistemas legados.Implantar e operar as soluções na AWS (Lambda, Step Functions, EC2, EKS e S3), com infraestrutura como código e CI/CD.Criar avaliações (evals) e implementar observabilidade: datasets de teste, métricas de qualidade, tracing e monitoramento de custo e latência em produção.Aplicar guardrails e práticas de segurança e IA responsável: mitigação de prompt injection, controle das ferramentas e dos dados que cada agente pode acessar e proteção de dados pessoais (LGPD).Trabalhar com os Tech Lead’s de IA, Cientistas de Dados, o time de produto e as áreas de negócio para entender problemas e propor soluções, incluindo PoCs e demonstrações técnicas.Seguir medidas e boas práticas de cibersegurança para proteger dados e sistemas de Agentes de IADocumentar arquitetura, fluxos e decisões técnicas (diagramas, ADRs e READMEs).

Requisitos e qualificaçõesExperiência sólida em desenvolvimento de software com Python: código tipado e testado, programação assíncrona e boas práticas de engenharia.Experiência levando aplicações com LLMs à produção, incluindo agentes com LangChain e LangGraph, engenharia de prompt e de contexto e saídas estruturadas.Conhecimento da dinâmica de uso e aplicabilidade dos principais LLM’s, como os da OpenAI, Anthropic e Google.Experiência com RAG: embeddings, chunking, busca híbrida, re-ranking e bases vetoriais (ex.: Amazon OpenSearch Service, Amazon S3 Vectors ou Chroma).Experiência com Amazon Bedrock e com serviços AWS para aplicações serverless ou em containers, como Lambda, API Gateway, S3, IAM e CloudWatch.Experiência em backend e integração: APIs REST (ex.: FastAPI), filas, bancos de dados, Docker, Git e CI/CD.Experiência com qualidade e operação de aplicações com LLMs: evals, observabilidade (ex.: LangSmith ou Langfuse), custo, latência e segurança.Comunicação clara com públicos técnicos e de negócio, inclusive por escrito, facilidade para trabalhar em times multidisciplinares e inglês [para leitura de documentação técnica].Experiência com desenvolvimento de aplicações utilizando o Jira em projetos de metodologias ágeis como Scrum ou KanbanFormação superior em Ciência da Computação, Sistemas de Informação, Engenharia ou áreas afins [ou experiência equivalente].
