Estamos inaugurando uma clínica médica de dermatologia e endocrinologia pensada para oferecer uma experiência diferenciada do primeiro contato ao pós-consulta. Nosso público é seleto e espera atenção aos detalhes, discrição e acolhimento genuíno. Por isso, buscamos uma pessoa para ser o rosto da clínica e fazer parte do time desde o início dessa história.

🌿 Nossa missão para essa função Transformar o atendimento em uma experiência memorável, oferecendo acolhimento, atenção aos detalhes e acompanhamento personalizado em toda a jornada do paciente.

💛 Sobre a vaga Esta não é uma recepção comum. Você será nossa Concierge: a pessoa que antecipa necessidades, resolve com elegância e faz cada paciente se sentir esperado. Será o principal ponto de contato dos pacientes, presencialmente e pelo WhatsApp, e ajudará a construir o padrão de atendimento de uma clínica que está nascendo.

📋 O que você vai fazer

Recepção

  • Recepcionar cada paciente pelo nome
  • Oferecer amenities, cafés, lanches e aperitivos
  • Apresentar o ambiente da clínica
  • Garantir o conforto do paciente em todos os momentos

Jornada do paciente

  • Acompanhar o paciente durante toda a permanência na clínica
  • Encaminhá-lo para avaliações e atendimentos
  • Apoiar todo o fluxo, do agendamento à saída

Relacionamento

  • Realizar o acompanhamento pós-consulta
  • Enviar mensagens de acompanhamento
  • Aplicar pesquisa de satisfação
  • Cultivar um relacionamento contínuo com os pacientes

Experiência e ambiente

  • Verificar o ambiente ao longo do dia
  • Cuidar da aromatização e da música
  • Manter a recepção extremamente organizada, limpa e acolhedora
  • Encantar o paciente nos pequenos detalhes

Gestão e comunicação

  • Gerenciar a agenda de consultas e procedimentos
  • Gerir o WhatsApp da clínica com agilidade, cordialidade e escrita impecável

Ensino médio completo Experiência prévia em clinicas médicas Português impecável (escrita e fala): pré-requisito indispensável Excelente comunicação e postura profissional Discrição e ética no trato com informações dos pacientes Perfil empático, atencioso e com olhar para os detalhes Boa apresentação pessoal Domínio de ferramentas de informática
