  • Du definierst und realisierst die Vision für OMMAX Data & AI Engineering und baust eine marktführende Capability auf, die Kundenambitionen in produktive Systeme und messbaren Enterprise Value übersetzt.
  • Du verantwortest die kommerzielle und operative Performance des Portfolios einschließlich Wachstum, Profitabilität, Kundenergebnisse, Qualität, Talent und strategische Investitionsprioritäten.
  • Du baust vertrauensvolle Beziehungen auf Executive-Level auf und berätst Kunden zu Enterprise AI und Data Architecture, Plattformstrategie, Implementierungsmodellen und Technologietransformation.
  • Du schaffst die Voraussetzungen für schnelle und verantwortungsvolle Delivery, indem du klare Engineering-Prinzipien, wiederverwendbare Plattformen, Technical Governance und starke Leadership etablierst.
  • Du nutzt Erkenntnisse aus Kunden-Deployments, um neue Services, Produkte, Partnerschaften und differenzierendes Intellectual Property für OMMAX zu entwickeln.
  • Du gewinnst, entwickelst und bindest herausragende Engineering- und Architecture-Talente und baust Nachfolge für technische und Delivery-Leadership-Rollen auf.
  • Du repräsentierst OMMAX im Markt durch strategische Kundenprojekte, Branchenpartnerschaften, Events und Thought Leadership zu produktiven AI- und Datensystemen.

Was Du mitbringst:

  • Du hast einen exzellenten Hochschulabschluss in Informatik, Software Engineering, Künstlicher Intelligenz oder einem verwandten technischen Fachgebiet.
  • Du bringst mehrere Jahre funktionale und disziplinarische Führungserfahrung im Bereich Data, AI oder Software Engineering mit.
  • Du verfügst über tiefgehende Expertise in verteilten Systemen, Datenplattformen und Cloud-Architekturen.
  • Du hast umfassende Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Skalierung produktiver AI- und LLM-Systeme, einschließlich Retrieval- und agentenbasierter Architekturen.
  • Du bist sicher im Umgang mit Python und verfügst über Erfahrung in der Entwicklung skalierbarer, event-getriebener Backend-Systeme.
  • Du hast nachweisliche Erfahrung in der Führung von Teams und der Steuerung komplexer technischer Projekte in kundenorientierten Umfeldern.
  • Du kombinierst starke analytische Fähigkeiten mit unternehmerischem Denken und Handeln.
  • Du sprichst fließend Englisch; zusätzliche standortabhängige Sprachkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
