THE SHORT VERSION

Omnea sells to the enterprise. We're hiring excellent deal managers who can take bigger and bigger accounts from first meeting to signed contract.

HOW THE ROLE WORKS

- Pipeline generation is covered by our Commercial Associates. Your job is to take deals from initial engagement through to close

- Run complex, multi-stakeholder new business cycles across Finance, Procurement, Legal, Security and IT

- Build account plans and mutual action plans, map the buying committee and keep every thread moving

- Run competitive RFPs and displacements, where we win 86% of the time against our largest competitor

- Move upmarket with us: as you prove yourself, the accounts get bigger

YOU'LL BE GREAT HERE IF

- You have 4+ years in B2B SaaS sales, closing complex enterprise new business

- You're a deal manager first: you control the process, the timeline and the stakeholders

- You've sold into large, complex or regulated organizations

- You're methodical: clean forecasts, no surprises

- You're competitive and want to be measured on results, nothing else
