The posting

Omni-Crest Engineering & Construction Pte Ltd is looking for a motivated and responsible Piping Supervisor to join our engineering team.

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for day to day on-site project supervision
  • Able to read 2D , 3D and Layout drawing.
  • Knowledge of piping specification.
  • Able to taking off fittings quantity and trace pipe routing
  • Ensure works daily assigned jobs are carry out effectively and productively in order to meet customer specification and requirements especially during pipe fit-up prior to welding.
  • To ensure quality assurance on works completed to achieve delivery deadline, target and no safety incident.
  • Accountable for Safety for all workers and men under his charge.
  • Responsible for training of the production team in various areas to ensure consistent compliance of all piping alignment and dimensions are achieved.
  • To performed fit-up works when required.
  • Ensure and enforce safety regulation and requirement are complied with.
  • Responsible for other ad-hoc productions duties when assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience as a Piping Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role within the dairy, pharmaceutical, chemical and other process plant projects.
  • Strong understanding of piping installation, construction drawings, and site coordination.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Willing to learn and develop practical engineering knowledge
  • Singapore Citizen / Permanent Resident

Training and guidance will be provided.

We welcome fresh graduates who are eager to learn and build a career in mechanical engineering, piping fabrication and process plant maintenance.

This is a good opportunity to gain practical experience working on dairy, pharmaceutical, chemical and other process plant projects.
