The posting

Overview:

The Tubing Hill Operations Attendant plays a crucial role in ensuring guests are informed about scheduled activities at the tubing hill. This outdoor position is fast-paced and active, requiring excellent customer service skills. The attendant is also responsible for handling cash transactions and executing daily closing procedures, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all guests.

 

Responsibilities:

Informing Guests of equipment rentals and scheduled activities

Responsible for checking rental waivers are fully completed by the guest

Responsible for supervision and maintenance of tubing hill and ice skating

Checking paperwork and entering information into RTP

Sizing and issuing proper equipment to guests

Handling money, making change, posting room charges, cashing out and making cash drops

Daily inspection and upkeep of building and surrounding areas, tubing hill, fire pits and skating rink; which could include snow removal

 

Qualifications:

Must have excellent interpersonal skills.

Must provide excellent service to internal and external customers.

Must be attentive to detail and have excellent communication skills

Must be available to work flexible hours to include nights, weekends, and holidays.
