The posting

Working at Omnisend is... kind of boring.

Not the soul-crushing kind of boring — more like the “no drama, no chaos, just smart people doing great work” kind. The kind that lets you focus on what matters, without pointless meetings, micromanagement, or bureaucracy. We’re data-driven. We test, we iterate, we improve. Gut feelings don’t drive decisions — insights do. We trust each other. We’re transparent, give real feedback, and actually listen. No egos, no hand-holding — just a team of experienced professionals moving fast, adapting easily, and delivering impact. Omnisend is customer-funded and customer-driven. Our work is rooted in solving real problems that help ecommerce brands grow. No empty promises — we bring in results. And yes, we have fun. But the grown-up kind — workations, team gatherings, the occasional party. No forced fun, no awkward icebreakers. Just genuine moments with a team that actually enjoys working together.

About the role: We are looking for a Product Designer who cares deeply about customers and distills complex problems into thoughtful, beautiful, holistic experiences. You’ll join the Message Orchestration team — the team helping ecommerce businesses plan, target, and deliver marketing messages across channels without overwhelming either their customers or themselves. Whether it’s a one-time campaign or an advanced automated flow, the Message Orchestration team helps merchants send the right message to the right audience at the right time — making sophisticated marketing feel intuitive and manageable.

The Message Orchestration team is responsible for: Campaigns - Helping merchants create, schedule, and optimize multichannel campaigns. From A/B testing and send-time optimization to omnichannel messaging, the Message Orchestration team builds tools that help ecommerce businesses drive measurable results with less effort. Automations - Enabling customers to create flexible automated flows that reach their audience when it matters most. From abandoned cart reminders to complex customer journey branching, we aim to eliminate manual work and help merchants grow revenue more efficiently.

What you’ll do at Omnisend:

  • Own the user experience and product design of campaigns and automation workflow creation experiences (excluding the email builder)
  • Combine product metrics, user research, and customer insights into meaningful design concepts and experiments
  • Co-lead discovery and support delivery phases, including problem framing, research, insight presentation, flow mapping, and interaction design
  • Make thoughtful, incremental design decisions that balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints
  • Ensure cohesive experiences across all product areas and customer touchpoints
  • Contribute to our design system and continuously improve design efficiency across teams
  • Constantly look for high-impact opportunities to improve customer experience and drive company goal

We expect that you’ll bring:

  • Proven experience (3+ years) of product design (both UX and UI) at a user-focused tech, with examples of shipped products
  • Customer centricity
  • Lo-fi and hi-fi prototyping, user research, and user testing skills
  • Ability to present and articulate your design decisions and rationale to peers and stakeholders
  • Ability to view the bigger picture and how certain decisions impact the future
  • Understanding of how design systems are created, implemented, and maintained
  • Collaborative attitude and a strong sense of ownership
  • Experience working in multidisciplinary product teams
  • Experience working with Figma, FullStory, and Mixpanel is an advantage
  • Experience in leading and mentoring product designers is an advantage
  • Experience in establishing and owning a design system is an advantage

How we work and what we value:

  • Aligned and focused – Company-wide OKRs and the GIST framework keep us working toward clear, meaningful outcomes.
  • Experiment-driven – We ship quickly to learn, test ideas early, and improve based on real feedback.
  • Customer and data-informed – We talk to users regularly and use product metrics to guide our decisions.
  • Product-led growth – We believe the product experience should drive adoption, retention, and long-term success.

What we offer in return:

  • Gross salary starting at 5500 EUR/month based on experience
  • Quarterly salary reviews
  • An unlimited learning budget for self-improvement complying with the best interest of Omnisend
  • Working methods and best practices inspired by the best tech companies in Silicon Valley

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
