The posting

Vi søger en ny kollega, der trives i en varieret hverdag, og som møder beboerne og kolleger med nærvær og faglig stolthed.

Vi er i gang med at omdanne ældreboliger til plejeboliger og søger en social- og sundhedsassistent, der vil være en del af denne udvikling.

Vi er et tværfagligt hold bestående af social- og sundhedsassistenter, social- og sundhedshjælpere samt centersygeplejersker og centerterapeut.

Vi har et stort ønske om at finde en faglig dygtig social- og sundhedsassistent, der er god til at bevare overblikket, og skabe et godt tværfagligt samarbejde på tværs af faggrupper.

Vi søger en social- og sundhedsassistent, der:

  • Kan forene sin måde at arbejde på, med vores værdier
  • Er handlekraftig på beboernes vegne
  • Indgår i plejen med fokus på det faglige niveau
  • Trives med faglige udfordringer og en omskiftelig hverdag
  • Arbejder rehabiliterende og tværfagligt
  • Kan etablere og bevare et godt samarbejde med borgere, pårørende, kolleger og andre samarbejdspartnere
  • Har flair for IT
  • Har lyst til faglig udvikling
  • Er fleksibel og ansvarsfuld
  • Tør dele ”bøvl og blær” med kolleger og ledelse.

Stillingen er som udgangspunkt på 37 timer, men vi er åbne for timeantal samt ønsker til dag/aftenvagter.
