Wat je gaat doen

Als basisarts bij het Advies en Behandelcentrum maak je deel uit van een team dat zich richt op de behandeling van kwetsbare ouderen en chronisch zieken. Je werkt nauw samen met collega’s binnen de medische en paramedische diensten en voert de regie over multidisciplinaire zorg- en behandelplannen. Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor de diagnostiek, behandeling en begeleiding van cliënten met complexe zorgvragen.

In deze functie excelleer je niet alleen in je vak, maar ook in je flexibiliteit en proactieve aanpak. Dankzij jouw communicatieve vaardigheden en teamgerichte houding lever je een belangrijke bijdrage aan de medische behandeling van cliënten én aan een prettige samenwerking binnen het behandelteam.

Concreet houd je je bezig met:

  • Het leveren van medische behandeling aan kwetsbare ouderen en chronisch zieken;
  • Het voeren van regie over multidisciplinaire zorg- en medische behandelplannen;
  • Diagnostiek, behandeling en begeleiding van cliënten met complexe zorgvragen;
  • Het werken op locatie en het deelnemen aan bereikbaarheidsdiensten.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je beschikt over een afgeronde opleiding geneeskunde;
  • Je hebt ervaring als basisarts, bij voorkeur binnen de ouderenzorg;
  • Je beschikt over grondige kennis van behandel theorieën, -methoden en ziekteprocessen;
  • Je hebt een rijbewijs en beschikt over een auto.

Wij zorgen voor

  • een contract voor onbepaalde tijd, op basis van 28-36 uur per week;
  • een aantrekkelijke eindejaarsuitkering van 8,33% van het bruto jaarinkomen;
  • een inschaling volgens FWG (schaal) volgens de cao VVT;
