Wat je gaat doen

Als bewegingsagoog in de langdurige zorg werk je zelfstandig en draag je actief bij aan het welzijn van onze bewoners. Je stelt het bewegingsaanbod op, vernieuwt het waar nodig en voert dit uit voor bewoners op somatische en psychogeriatrische afdelingen. In afstemming met je collega’s van fysiotherapie neem je ook onderdelen van behandelingen voor je rekening.

Samen met de bewoner, mantelzorger en/of fysiotherapeut onderzoek je de hulpvraag op het gebied van beweging. Op basis daarvan geef je op creatieve en zelfstandige wijze vorm aan passende bewegingsprogramma’s. Je werkt daarbij zowel met individuele bewoners als met groepen, waarbij je steeds oog houdt voor mogelijkheden, motivatie en plezier in bewegen.

Wie ben jij?

Jij bent een enthousiaste bewegingsagoog die graag bijdraagt aan het welzijn en de zelfstandigheid van ouderen. Je vindt het leuk om cliënten in beweging te brengen, zowel individueel als in groepsverband, en weet behandel- en beweegprogramma’s op een creatieve manier vorm te geven. Daarbij werk je zelfstandig, maar zoek je ook actief de samenwerking op met collega's en het zorgteam.

Je brengt onder andere mee:

  • een diploma MBO 4 Bewegingsagoog;
  • affiniteit met de ouderenzorg;
  • de motivatie om zelfstandig onderzoek, begeleiding en behandeling uit te voeren;
  • creativiteit in het ontwikkelen van beweeg- en fitnessactiviteiten;
  • goede communicatieve vaardigheden, waardoor je cliënten en collega's op een prettige manier ondersteunt en adviseert;
  • een rijbewijs en eigen vervoer.

Met jouw enthousiasme en deskundigheid help je cliënten om zo actief en zelfstandig mogelijk te blijven en lever je een waardevolle bijdrage aan de kwaliteit van behandeling en zorg.

Wij zorgen voor

  • een contract voor onbepaalde tijd, op basis van (aantal uur) uur per week;
  • een aantrekkelijke eindejaarsuitkering van 8,33% van het bruto jaarinkomen;
  • een inschaling volgens FWG (schaal) volgens de cao VVT;
