Wat je gaat doen

Als coördinerend verpleegkundige bij Omring heb je veel regie over de zorg en bouw je een echte band op met bewoners. Je werkt met ouderen met lichamelijke zorgvragen en bent een belangrijke schakel tussen bewoners, naasten, mantelzorgers, vrijwilligers en collega’s.

Je combineert verpleegkundige zorg met coördineren, afstemmen en begeleiden. Daarbij houd je overzicht en zorg je samen met het team voor veilige, persoonlijke en kwalitatief goede zorg.

Daarnaast:

  • verleen je verpleegkundige zorg en voer je verpleegtechnische handelingen uit;
  • signaleer je veranderingen in de gezondheid en het welzijn van bewoners en onderneem je actie;
  • stel je zorgplannen op en bespreek je deze met bewoners en hun naasten;
  • organiseer en begeleid je zorgplanbesprekingen en stem je af met behandelaren en specialisten;
  • ben je het aanspreekpunt voor bewoners, naasten en mantelzorgers;
  • begeleid en coach je collega’s, stagiaires en leerlingen, ook in complexe situaties;
  • denk je mee over het verbeteren van zorgprocessen, protocollen en kwaliteit;
  • bewaak je de continuïteit van de zorg en werk je samen binnen een multidisciplinair team.

Zo ben jij een vertrouwde spil in de zorg en help je zowel bewoners als collega’s iedere dag verder.

Wie ben jij?

Je bent een verpleegkundige die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt en overzicht houdt. Je communiceert makkelijk met bewoners, naasten en collega’s en weet ook in drukke of complexe situaties rustig en duidelijk te blijven.

Daarnaast vind je het leuk om collega’s te begeleiden en samen te werken aan de kwaliteit van de zorg.

Verder:

  • heb je een mbo-opleiding tot verpleegkundige afgerond;
  • heb je een actuele BIG-registratie;
  • heb je ervaring in een coördinerende functie;
  • heb je ervaring met coachende taken of wil je jezelf hierin verder ontwikkelen.
