Wat je gaat doen

Als eerste medewerker restaurant ben je operationeel verantwoordelijk voor alle horeca activiteiten van de locatie(s). Je geeft operationeel leiding en coördineert de dagelijkse werkprocessen van de medewerkers in de keuken en het restaurant. Als eerste medewerker restauratief ben je verantwoordelijk voor de bereiding van de maaltijden voor onze bewoners en gasten. Je beheert en controleert de vastgestelde HACCP-procedures en bent je bewust van de gestelde financiële kaders. Daarnaast doe je bestellingen en beheer je de voorraad.

  • ondersteunt bij het maken van de planning en de aanpassingen hiervan;
  • zorgt voor een gastvrije en hygiënische werkomgeving;
  • zorgt voor de verbetering van werkprocessen en draagt zorg voor de afhandeling van klachten;
  • Je kunt medewerkers motiveren, stimuleren en overtuigen.

Wat breng jij mee

  • een afgeronde diploma zelfstandig werkend kok niveau 4;
  • ervaring in de horeca of binnen een keuken van een zorginstelling is een pre;
  • relevante (vak)kennis;
  • kennis van relevante wet- en regelgeving en de daarbij behorende procedures (HACCP, ARBO);
  • Je hebt ervaring met voeding- en logistieke processen.

  • een teamspeler;
  • een planner en organisator;
  • stressbestendig en creatief;
  • klantvriendelijk en hebt een hulpvaardige houding in de contacten met bewoners, medewerkers en leveranciers;
  • flexibel inzetbaar, ook in weekenden en met feestdagen.

  • een contract voor bepaalde tijd, met de intentie deze te verlengen op basis van (aantal uur) uur per week;
  • een aantrekkelijke eindejaarsuitkering van 8,33% van het bruto jaarinkomen;
  • een inschaling volgens FWG (schaal) volgens de cao VVT;
