Wat je gaat doen

Als teammanager geef je dagelijks leiding aan een of meerdere zorgteams. Je bent zichtbaar aanwezig, weet wat er speelt binnen de teams en creëert een omgeving waarin medewerkers kunnen groeien en samenwerken.

Je houdt je bezig met teamontwikkeling, personeelsvraagstukken, bedrijfsvoering en het realiseren van organisatiedoelen. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met vakinhoudelijke collega's, zoals kwaliteitsverpleegkundigen en andere teammanagers.

Je begeleidt medewerkers bij veranderingen, stimuleert eigenaarschap en zorgt voor een open aanspreekcultuur. Met jouw coachende en verbindende leiderschap breng je mensen samen, creëer je duidelijkheid en help je teams verder ontwikkelen.

Wie ben jij?

Je bent een zichtbare en toegankelijke leidinggevende die medewerkers weet te verbinden, motiveren en begeleiden. Je communiceert gemakkelijk op verschillende niveaus, kunt goed schakelen tussen mens en organisatie en staat stevig in je schoenen.

Daarnaast:

  • beschik je over hbo werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur aangevuld met een managementopleiding
  • heb je leidinggevende ervaring, bij voorkeur binnen de zorgsector
  • beschik je over sterke communicatieve en coachende vaardigheden
  • ben je besluitvaardig, mensgericht en verbindend
  • weet je medewerkers mee te nemen in veranderingen en ontwikkelingen
