Deine Aufgaben

Drei Jahre, zwei Welten: Du wechselst zwischen dreimonatigen Theoriephasen an der DHBW Heilbronn und Praxisphasen bei der OMS Retail GmbH in Hannover. Was du im Hörsaal lernst, wendest du bei uns sofort an - und zwar nicht im Kopierraum, sondern an echten Themen. Im Studiengang BWL (B.A.) - Retail Management lernst du zu rund 70 % das betriebswirtschaftliche Handwerkszeug. Bei uns erlebst du, wie daraus Handelspraxis wird: OMS Retail ist in 18 europäischen Ländern im Einsatz - diesen Einblick bekommst du hier aus erster Hand. In deinen Praxisphasen lernst du alle Fachbereiche kennen, übernimmst früh eigene Projekte, bringst deine Ideen ein und siehst, was daraus wird.

Dein Profil

• Du hast dein Abitur mit guten bis sehr guten Noten abgeschlossen - besonders in Mathematik, Deutsch, Englisch oder Wirtschaft. • Du bist neugierig auf den Handel und willst verstehen, wie Unternehmen im Alltag funktionieren. • Du übernimmst gern früh Verantwortung und bringst deine Projekte konsequent ins Ziel. • Du arbeitest selbstständig, trittst sicher auf und bringst Themen voran. • Du weißt: Die großen Geschichten schreibt man nur im Team.
