  • Steuerung von Social Media, Content und Kampagnen für das internationale Recruiting
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Employer-Branding- und Recruiting-Inhalten
  • Aufbau und Pflege eines Content-Kalenders
  • Umsetzung saisonaler und positionsspezifischer Recruiting-Kampagnen
  • Steuerung von Paid-Social-Maßnahmen inkl. Tracking und Optimierung
  • Mitwirkung an Landingpages, Funnels und Recruiting-Assets
  • Reporting, Performance-Analyse und Ableitung von Optimierungsmaßnahmen
  • enge Zusammenarbeit mit Recruiting

Dein Profil

  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung in Social Media, Content Marketing, Employer Branding oder Recruiting Marketing
  • Erfahrung im Kampagnenmanagement, idealerweise auch Paid Social
  • stark in Kommunikation, Struktur und Umsetzung
  • sicher im Umgang mit Performance-Daten und Reporting
  • sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Polnisch, Rumänisch oder Ungarisch sind ein großer Vorteil
