The posting

En medelålders kvinna söker personliga assistenter som vill jobba extra hos henne. Kanske jobbar du på ett annat jobb eller pluggar, och vill kombinera detta med en mindre tjänst hos oss.

Möjlighet till en eller två fasta helger i månaden, samt något extrapass under vardagar. Passen under vardagar är förlagda eftermiddag och kväll.

Tidigare erfarenheter inom vården är meriterande, men personkemin är viktigast. Kunden lever ett aktivt liv, och aktiviteter utanför hemmet förekommer. Du som söker bör därför vara social och ha förmågan att kunna anpassa dig efter olika situationer och miljöer förlagda under din arbetstid. Du får själv gärna vara i medelåldern. Vi ser att du är lugn och trygg som person.

Om rollen

Som assistent kommer du att vara ett stöd i alla delar av vardagen. Du är vår kunds armar och ben, men lika viktigt att vara dennes språkrör vilket gör att du måste kunna skriva samt tala svenska obehindrat då vi dokumenterar kundens vardag.

Vem är du

Vi letar efter någon med ett stort hjärta och ett lugnt och empatiskt sätt. Du är lyhörd och har en social fingertoppskänsla. Personkemin är viktig.

Erfarenhet av personlig assistans eller liknande arbete är ett plus, men det viktigaste är att du är engagerad och trygg i din roll.

Tjänstgöringsgrad: Deltid, extra vid behov

Lön: Timlönen är fast enligt överenskommelse och övriga ersättningar sker enligt kollektivavtal.

Tillträde: Enligt överenskommelse, löper så länge assistansuppdraget varar.
