Otto på 8 år bor med sine forældre og søskende i København SV. Otto er en glad og nysgerrig dreng, som grundet sin autisme og ADHD, har brug for rutiner og genkendelighed.

Vi søger lige nu en medarbejder, som har tid og lyst til tilbringe en eftermiddag om ugen med Otto, mens hans forældre evt. tager ud af huset. Tiden med Otto kan bruges hjemme eller ude. Otto er glad for fysisk aktivitet, så en tur på legeplads vil være helt ideelt.

Hvem er du?

Vi søger en initiativrig og tålmodig aflaster, som vil gøre en forskel for en sød dreng og hans familie. Du skal have et kærligt sind, men også være i stand til at skabe struktur og trygge rammer.

Som person er du rolig, nærværende og empatisk. Du er desuden mødestabil og har lyst til at arbejde med Otto på en selvstændig måde. Sidst men ikke mindst har du let til smil og kan se dig selv i jobbet i lang tid fremover.

Ansættelse

Stillingen er på 18 timer pr. måned, som familien ønsker at placere på én eftermiddag om ugen fra kl. 15.30 og 3 timer frem. Otto kommer med bussen i tidsrummet kl. 15.30-16.00, hvor man skal stå klar og tage imod ham. Derudover ønsker familien at bruge de resterende timer på en weekenddag om måneden efter aftale. Familien er fleksible ift. dage og dette kan aftales fast eller løbende.

Som ansat i Olivia Danmark bliver du omfattet af overenskomst med FOA, og er derfor sikret en række grundvilkår. Du bliver aflønnet på løntrin 15, hvilket svarer til en grundløn på omkring 165 kr. i timen samt aften- og weekendtillæg.
