Om drengen og din arbejdsdag

Drengen har ikke egen vejrtrækning, når han sover, og er derfor afhængig af non-invasiv respiratorbehandling under søvn.

På hverdage følger du ham i børnehave, og overvåger hans respiratoriske behandling, når han sover til middag. Der er ingen personlig pleje.

Resten af dagen er du en rolig og tryg voksen omkring ham, og deltager naturligt i hans hverdag og aktiviteter.

Dine primære opgaver er:

-Respiratorisk overvågning under søvn

-Observation og håndtering af respiratorisk udstyr

-At skabe tryghed og kontinuitet omkring drengen

-At følge ham i børnehave og ved familiens aktiviteter

Familien holder af at tage på ture, og opholder sig jævnligt i deres sommerhus på Falster.

Derfor skal du have lyst og mulighed for indimellem at følge med familien – naturligvis som en planlagt del af dit arbejde.

Om stillingerne

Stillingerne er på 36 timer om ugen i gennemsnit, fordelt på 12 timers vagter i et fast 6-ugers rul.

Fast dagvagt kl. 07.00–19.00

  • Lange vagter og dermed færre arbejdsdage
  • Grundig oplæring hos drengen
  • Efterfølgende certificering på Respirationscenter Øst

Du skal være indstillet på ,at være en del af et selvdækkende team, og kunne træde til på fx nattevagt.

Udover du er uddannet social- og sundhedsassistent forestiller vi os, at du:

-Er stabil, ansvarsbevidst og møder til tiden

-Trives med selvstændigt arbejde og et tæt samarbejde med familien

-Er rolig, nærværende og glad for at arbejde med børn

-Kan bevare overblikket, hvis en situation ændrer sig

-Har kørekort og bil, med mulighed for indimellem at følge med familien på ture og ophold

Erfaring med respiratorisk behandling er en fordel, men ikke et krav. Det vigtigste er, at du har lyst til at lære, og tage ansvar.

Du får 4–6 oplæringsvagter, og bliver efterfølgende certificeret på Respirationscenter Øst.
