På Omsorg & Behandling arbetar vi för att säkerställa att verksamheter inom vård och omsorg får tillgång till kompetenta och engagerade medarbetare när de behöver det som mest. Nu söker vi en Konsultchef som vill vara med och utveckla vår verksamhet och skapa långsiktiga relationer med både kunder och konsulter.

Vi välkomnar både dig som söker en anställning och dig som driver eget bolag och vill samarbeta med oss som underkonsult.

Om rollen

Som konsultchef har du en central roll i verksamheten där du ansvarar för att rekrytera, matcha och följa upp konsulter inom vård och omsorg. Du arbetar nära både kunder och konsulter för att säkerställa hög kvalitet, god service och långsiktiga samarbeten.

Arbetsuppgifterna innefattar bland annat:

  • Rekrytering och bemanning av vård- och omsorgspersonal, främst sjuksköterskor och läkare
  • Matchning mellan kunduppdrag och konsulter
  • Personalansvar och uppföljning av konsulter
  • Hantering av schema, tillsättningar och bemanningsplanering
  • Avtals- och offertarbete
  • Säkerställa kvalitet och god leverans i samtliga uppdrag

Vi söker dig som

  • Har erfarenhet från bemanning, rekrytering, vård eller omsorg
  • Är strukturerad, lösningsorienterad och ansvarstagande
  • Har god förmåga att skapa och utveckla relationer
  • Trivs med att arbeta självständigt och ta egna initiativ
  • Har god administrativ förmåga
  • Behärskar svenska väl i tal och skrift

Det är meriterande om du har erfarenhet av:

  • Vårdbemanning
  • Försäljning och kundansvar
  • Rekrytering och bemanning av sjuksköterskor och läkare
