Omsorg Assistans söker nu en flexibel och lösningsorienterad vikariesamordnare på 50%. Vi erbjuder en viktig och varierad roll där du får bidra till trygghet, kvalitet och kontinuitet för både kunder och assistenter.

Om rollen

Som vikariesamordnare kommer du att fungera som en stödfunktion till vår kontorspersonal under tider vårt kontor är stängt. Rollen innebär i huvudsak beredskapstjänstgöring, men med aktiva inslag av arbete med bemanning/vikarietillsättning i våra assistentgrupper. Arbetet kan skötas på distans, men kräver tillgänglighet på telefon och mejl för att tillsätta assistenter på vakanta pass. Du är en viktig funktion för att säkerställa att våra kunders assistans fungerar dygnet runt. Rollen innebär nära kontakt med både assistenter, kundansvariga och kunder.

Dina arbetsuppgifter

  • Ansvara för bemanning i våra assistansuppdrag
  • Hantera akuta vakanser och frånvaro
  • Ha löpande kontakt med assistenter och kunder
  • Administrativa arbetsuppgifter kopplade till bemanning

Vi söker dig som

  • Har erfarenhet av bemanning, schemaläggning eller koordinering – gärna inom assistans eller omsorg
  • Är strukturerad, stresstålig och trivs i en roll där tempot växlar
  • Har god kommunikativ förmåga och är trygg i kontakt med både personal och kunder
  • Är lösningsorienterad och gillar att tänka ett steg längre
  • Har god datorvana och lätt att sätta dig in i nya system

  • Beredskap: varannan vecka
  • Arbetstider vid beredskap:
  • - Mån-fre kl. 16:00-22:00
  • - Lör-sön kl. 07:00-22:00
