En Omya, multinacional líder en soluciones minerales industriales, estamos buscando un/a Operador/a de Producción Eléctrica para incorporarse a nuestra planta de Darro (Granada).

Buscamos una persona con perfil técnico, orientación a la seguridad y capacidad para desenvolverse en entornos industriales automatizados, contribuyendo al correcto funcionamiento de nuestras instalaciones productivas.

¿Cuál será tu misión?

Formarás parte del equipo de Producción y Mantenimiento, siendo responsable de operar, supervisar y mantener las instalaciones productivas, asegurando la continuidad del proceso, la calidad del producto y el cumplimiento de los estándares de seguridad.

Principales responsabilidades

  • Supervisar y controlar el proceso de producción.
  • Ejecutar el plan de producción previsto.
  • Realizar reparaciones eléctricas para garantizar la disponibilidad y fiabilidad de las instalaciones.
  • Ejecutar tareas de mantenimiento preventivo, predictivo y correctivo.
  • Realizar controles de calidad durante el proceso productivo.
  • Participar en pruebas, puesta en marcha y ajustes de nuevas instalaciones y proyectos.
  • Elaborar y actualizar esquemas y documentación técnica.
  • Autorizar y asegurar intervenciones en maquinaria garantizando la ausencia de tensiones eléctricas peligrosas.
  • Mantener la fábrica en condiciones óptimas de orden, limpieza y seguridad.
  • Colaborar con diferentes departamentos y prestar soporte técnico cuando sea necesario.

¿Qué buscamos?

  • Formación Profesional de Grado Medio o Superior en Electricidad, Electromecánica o disciplinas afines.
  • Experiencia en instalaciones industriales automatizadas.
  • Conocimientos de PLCs, motores eléctricos, instrumentación y sistemas de control.
  • Experiencia en entornos de producción continua.
  • Manejo de herramientas informáticas.
  • Valorable experiencia en automatización industrial.
  • Valorable formación en carretillas elevadoras o maquinaria móvil.
  • Se valorará nivel de inglés para lectura de documentación técnica.
