Account Manager

Je weet hoe de wholesale wereld werkt. Je snapt wat een sterke collectie nodig heeft om te verkopen. En je hebt een scherp oog voor welke retailers écht bij een merk passen.

Bij O My Bag zoeken we geen standaard accountmanager, maar iemand die relaties bouwt die jarenlang meegaan. Iemand die commercie en merkgevoel moeiteloos combineert. Die niet alleen verkoopt, maar actief meebouwt aan waar en hoe ons merk zichtbaar is.

Je krijgt energie van werken met mensen. Van het opbouwen van relaties die verder gaan dan transacties. Je wacht niet af, maar neemt initiatief. Je volgt op, denkt vooruit en zorgt dat dingen gebeuren. Want jij weet: juist in de details zit het verschil tussen een goede samenwerking en een langdurig partnerschap.

Bij O My Bag maken we tijdloze leren tassen met een missie: de mode-industrie eerlijker maken. Door producenten in kleine gemeenschappen te verbinden met de wereldmarkt en eerlijke werkgelegenheid te creëren. Terwijl we internationaal doorgroeien, is wholesale één van onze belangrijkste pijlers. Onze focus ligt op het verdiepen van samenwerkingen in markten zoals Nederland, België, Duitsland en de Verenigde Staten. Tegelijkertijd breiden we ons internationale netwerk uit. Altijd met oog voor kwaliteit, waarden en lange termijn.

Jouw rol

Als Account Manager ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het verder uitbouwen van onze wholesale business, met de focus op de Nederlandse én internationale markt.

Je beheert bestaande key accounts, opent nieuwe deuren en zorgt dat elke samenwerking voelt als een verlengstuk van ons merk. Je combineert commercieel inzicht met oprechte betrokkenheid bij onze partners, onze producten en onze missie.

Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze partners en zorgt dat alles klopt, van eerste contact tot re-order. Tegelijkertijd bewaak je de positionering van O My Bag: we kiezen bewust met wie we werken.

Wat ga je doen?

Key accounts verdiepen

✔️ Je onderhoudt en ontwikkelt relaties met bestaande wholesale partners

✔️ Je zorgt voor een strakke executie van orders, leveringen en opvolging

✔️ Je adviseert klanten over collecties, assortiment en verkoopkansen

Internationaal netwerk uitbreiden

✔️ Je identificeert en benadert nieuwe retailpartners die passen bij ons merk en missie

✔️ Je ondersteunt agenten en distributeurs met de juiste tools, productkennis en merkverhaal

✔️ Je bouwt een kwalitatief sterk netwerk op binnen fashion en lifestyle retail ✔️ Je vertegenwoordigt O My Bag op beurzen en in showrooms

Sturen op resultaat en merkconsistentie

✔️ Je analyseert sell-through, herhaalorders en performance per account ✔️ Je signaleert commerciële kansen én risico’s ✔️ Je vertaalt feedback uit de markt naar concrete inzichten voor collectie en salesstrategie

Wie ben jij?

✔️ Je hebt minimaal 3-5 jaar ervaring in sales, accountmanagement en/of wholesale (ervaring binnen fashion of lifestyle is een pré) ✔️ Je bent commercieel sterk en klantgericht, en denkt altijd in hoe je partners kunt laten groeien ✔️ Je bent een sterke communicator en spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels (Duits is een plus) ✔️ Je werkt gestructureerd en nauwkeurig, ook wanneer je meerdere accounts of deadlines managet ✔️ Je voelt je comfortabel bij targets en bent proactief in het opvolgen van leads en het benaderen van nieuwe klanten ✔️ Je hebt affiniteit met duurzaamheid en wordt enthousiast van werken voor een purpose-driven merk
