Monitoring & analyse

  • Dagelijks monitor en beoordeel je security alerts binnen de omgevingen van onze klanten, goed voor meer dan 1.000 endpoints.
  • Verdachte activiteiten zoals phishing, malware, brute-forcepogingen, afwijkende loginactiviteiten en detecties vanuit SIEM- en EDR-oplossingen worden grondig onderzocht.

Incident response

  • Bij securityincidenten sta je in voor de eerstelijns incident response, waaronder het isoleren van systemen, indammen van bedreigingen en verzamelen van relevante informatie zoals logs, tijdlijnen en indicators.
  • Bevestigde incidenten draag je op een duidelijke en gestructureerde manier over aan senior collega’s.

Communicatie & documentatie

  • Tijdens en na incidenten zorg je voor heldere communicatie met klanten, ongeacht hun technische achtergrond.
  • Elk onderzoek wordt zorgvuldig gedocumenteerd, zodat collega’s het dossier eenvoudig kunnen overnemen.

Continue verbetering

  • Ook het verbeteren van runbooks en standaardprocedures (SOP’s) behoort tot jouw verantwoordelijkheden.
  • Daarnaast draag je bij aan een hogere kwaliteit van security alerts, met als doel minder false positives en een snellere triage.
  • Een stevige IT-basis, opgebouwd binnen bijvoorbeeld IT-support, systeembeheer of een vergelijkbare technische functie.
  • Goede basiskennis van Windows Server, Active Directory en netwerken, aangevuld met basiskennis van Microsoft 365 en/of Azure.
  • Je kan logs analyseren, verbanden leggen en op basis daarvan gericht onderzoek uitvoeren.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en hebt een goede functionele kennis van het Engels.
  • Je bent gerechtigd om in België/EU te werken en bent bereid een background screening te doorlopen.
