Estamos buscando uma pessoa para atuar no desenvolvimento e evolução da SONIA, nosso principal Agente de IA para automação de atendimentos, prospecção ativa e processos internos, além de todo o nosso ecossistema de produtos personalizados.

📍 Modelo: Presencial (Região da Berrini)

🎯 O que você fará no dia a dia (Responsabilidades):

Desenvolvimento de Automações: Projetar, desenvolver e manter automações e agentes para processos internos (Vendas, Marketing, Financeiro e Operações). Integrações Inteligentes: Implementar e manter integrações entre ferramentas internas (CRMs, ERPs, HubSpot) e a plataforma SONIA. Comunicação Multicanal: Desenvolver e sustentar fluxos envolvendo WhatsApp, e-mail e telefonia, garantindo consistência e qualidade. Evolução e Qualidade em IA: Evoluir a base de IA aplicada (RAG, tool calling, embeddings) e implementar estratégias de mitigação de alucinações e observabilidade. Sustentação & Cultura de Engenharia: Propor melhorias contínuas (logs, monitoramento, correção de bugs) e seguir boas práticas (versionamento, testes automatizados, CI/CD).

🛠️ O que você precisa ter (Requisitos Obrigatórios):

Sólida experiência em desenvolvimento Backend com Python e criação/consumo de APIs REST. Experiência prática com automação de processos (RPA) e rotinas automatizadas. Experiência real com frameworks de agentes/LLMs (ex: LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, Agno ou equivalentes). Vivência com RAG, embeddings e estratégias de redução de falhas de IA. Conhecimento sólido em arquitetura de software, microsserviços, webhooks e tratamento de falhas. Experiência com CI/CD, testes automatizados e metodologias ágeis (Scrum/Kanban). Perfil dinâmico, proativo, comunicativo e orientado para resultados.

📚 Conhecimentos recomendados & Tecnologias que usamos:

TypeScript & React: O projeto possui código denso de agentes/fluxos em TS e lógica de estado no frontend. Bancos de Dados: SQL e PostgreSQL (Supabase é o banco principal). Git: Fluxo de branch e rebase. AWS & Docker (Importante ter ou aprender rápido): Saber containerizar o backend e trabalhar com a infraestrutura de produção (EC2/ECS, ALB, Route 53, etc.).

✨ Diferenciais que aceleram o processo:

Experiência com SFT (Supervised Fine-Tuning). Conhecimento de segurança em aplicações e boas práticas para sistemas com IA. Ter trabalhado com Supabase ou qualquer BaaS. Entendimento prático de LLMs em produção (contexto, tokens, latência). Experiência com ferramentas de observabilidade (Prometheus, Grafana).
