The posting

Als Planner Transport zorg jij ervoor dat onze transportopdrachten vlot, efficiënt en correct verlopen. Je houdt het overzicht, stuurt bij waar nodig en bent een belangrijke schakel tussen onze chauffeurs, klanten en interne diensten.

Je komt terecht in een groeiend bedrijf waar initiatief gewaardeerd wordt, je zelfstandig kunt werken en collega's elkaar helpen wanneer dat nodig is.

Hoe ziet je job eruit?

  • Je plant transportopdrachten en zorgt ervoor dat alles goed voorbereid is. Indien nodig maak je ook de bijbehorende transportdocumenten op.
  • Je volgt de transporten op via ons track-en-tracesysteem en waakt erover dat de opdrachten correct en tijdig worden uitgevoerd.
  • Je stuurt onze chauffeurs aan en geeft duidelijke instructies zodat iedereen weet wat er van hem of haar verwacht wordt.
  • Je informeert onze klanten over de geplande leveringen en eventuele wijzigingen.
  • Je grijpt snel in wanneer de planning verandert en zoekt praktische oplossingen bij onverwachte situaties.
  • Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de operations manager.

Geen dag is helemaal hetzelfde: jij bewaart het overzicht, stelt de juiste prioriteiten en zorgt ervoor dat alles zo vlot mogelijk blijft draaien.

Wie zoeken we?

We zoeken een gedreven en zelfstandige planner die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt en zich thuis voelt in een dynamische transportomgeving.

  • Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring als transportplanner of in een gelijkaardige functie.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor een correcte administratieve opvolging.
  • Je bent stressbestendig en weet ook bij onverwachte wijzigingen het hoofd koel te houden.
  • Je denkt oplossingsgericht, neemt initiatief en durft beslissingen te nemen.
  • Je communiceert duidelijk en bent assertief, zonder het belang van teamwork uit het oog te verliezen.
  • Je spreekt en begrijpt voldoende Nederlands, Frans en Engels om vlot te communiceren met chauffeurs, klanten en collega's. Andere talen zijn mooi meegenomen.
  • Kennis van Trimble, FleetWorks en TAS is een mooie extra troef.
