One HR Hub is pleased to represent our esteemed client, an international leader in the FMCG sector, in their search for a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive growth and contribute to the success of a globally recognized brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve sales objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including emerging markets, partnerships, and customer segments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring sustained client satisfaction and retention.
  • Lead contract negotiations, manage proposal development, and secure agreements aligned with the company's goals.
  • Conduct detailed market analyses to stay informed of trends, customer preferences, and competitive activity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business development efforts with overall sales and marketing strategies.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • A bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • At least 7 years of progressive experience in Sales and Marketing, ideally within the FMCG sector.
  • Proven ability to identify market opportunities and deliver innovative solutions.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
  • A proactive and results-driven approach, with the capacity to thrive in a competitive and fast-paced environment.
