Mobile Cleaning Operations Supervisor

Job Description:

Are you a skilled professional in the cleaning and pest control industry looking to take the next step in your career? Our client, a leading Commercial Cleaning and Pest Control company, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Mobile Cleaning Operations Supervisor to lead and manage their mobile cleaning teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of mobile cleaning teams across various locations, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and compliance with safety regulations.
  • Develop and implement cleaning schedules, ensuring efficient use of resources and meeting client requirements.
  • Train, mentor, and support team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor cleaning quality and address any issues promptly.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, addressing their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with the services provided.
  • Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities, supplies, and equipment usage.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within the commercial cleaning or pest control industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
