Sales Manager Medical Device

Job Description:

The Sales Manager Medical Device shall be responsible for leading and executing sales strategies to promote and sell the company's range of medical device products. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Developing and implementing effective sales plans to achieve targets and expand the customer base.
  • Identifying and establishing new business opportunities with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals.
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships by providing excellent customer service and technical support.
  • Preparing and delivering presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiating contracts and closing agreements to maximize revenue.
  • Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to develop effective sales tactics.
  • Preparing regular sales reports, forecasts, and analysis for management review.
  • Coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely product delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Complying with all company policies, applicable laws, and regulatory requirements relevant to medical device sales.
