WE'RE HIRING | WAREHOUSE MANAGER

Location: Phnom Penh, Cambodia Salary: USD 1,000 – 2,000/month Department: Warehouse Reports to: Chairman

One HR Hub is recruiting an experienced Warehouse Manager on behalf of our client in Phnom Penh.

We are looking for a hands-on warehouse professional with strong experience in warehouse operations, parcel and inventory management, team supervision, logistics coordination, and operational control.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Take full responsibility for daily warehouse operations and management Oversee receiving, unloading, inspection, storage, sorting, packing, and dispatching of parcels Ensure parcels are accurately matched with orders and tracking information Manage wrong, missing, damaged, or lost parcels and resolve operational issues Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks Ensure proper classification, storage, and location management of parcels Manage, train, schedule, and supervise warehouse staff Allocate manpower according to daily parcel volumes and operational requirements Coordinate with logistics, transportation, and delivery teams Monitor daily inbound and outbound parcel movements Maintain warehouse safety, equipment, fire prevention, and workplace standards Prevent parcel loss, damage, theft, and other safety incidents Prepare daily and weekly operational reports covering inbound, outbound, inventory, and abnormal parcels Analyze operational issues and recommend improvements

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 5 years of warehouse management experience, preferably within courier, logistics, e-commerce, or cross-border logistics Proven experience managing and supervising warehouse teams Strong understanding of receiving, storage, sorting, inventory control, and dispatch operations Experience conducting inventory checks and resolving parcel-related issues Strong organizational, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to execute effectively Able to work in a fast-paced environment handling high parcel volumes Comfortable working in a technology-driven warehouse environment

PREFERRED

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Warehouse Management, Business Administration, or a related field Experience using WMS, ERP, or other warehouse management systems Good Chinese communication skills

MONTHLY SALARY: USD 1,000 – 2,000

Salary will depend on the candidate's experience and qualifications.
