Hledáme Quality Engineer/IQS Key User do naší pobočky v Krupce v České republice. Udělejte další krok ve své kariéře s námi v globálním inovativním (automobilovém) prostředí:

• Odpovědnost za implementaci a rozvoj nového centrálního systému IQS v závodě

• Administrace, konfigurace a správa jednotlivých modulů systému

• Podpora uživatelů při řešení technických a procesních problémů

• Koordinace aktivit mezi závodem a globálním IQS týmem (denní komunikace s centrálou)

• Školení uživatelů a podpora jejich rozvoje

• Účast na auditech a zákaznických návštěvách, prezentace systému zákazníkům

• Monitoring implementace, reporting a zajištění souladu s globálními standardy

• Spolupráce na tvorbě a správě jednotlivých modulů, procesů a přenosu dat jako jsou:

  • FMEA
  • Kontrolních plánů
  • Inspekčních plánů
  • PPAP dokumentace
  • Reklamací zákazníků a dodavatelů
  • Správy měřidel a kalibrací

• SŠ/VŠ vzdělání (technického směru výhodou) • Praxe minimálně 3 roky v oblasti managementu kvality/procesního inženýrství, automotive výhodou

• Dobrou znalost MS Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)

• Schopnost samostatně řešit problémy a koordinovat více zainteresovaných stran.

• Komunikativní znalost angličtiny minimálně na úrovni B2.

• Ochotu příležitostně cestovat v rámci mezinárodní spolupráce.

• Znalost CAQ systémů (IQS, APIS, Babtec, QSYS apod.) výhodou

• Certifikace v oblasti kvality (Core Tools, Six Sigma, Lean Management) výhodou

• Technické myšlení, smysl pro detail, komunikační schopnosti na vysoké úrovni

• Znalost nástrojů kvality:

  • FMEA
  • Control Plan
  • PPAP
  • Core Tools
  • Auditní procesy
