Voor een internationale speler binnen de logistieke sector zijn we op zoek naar een enthousiaste Junior Jr Forwarder Airfreight. In deze veelzijdige functie leer je hoe luchtvrachtzendingen wereldwijd worden georganiseerd en opgevolgd. Je komt terecht in een ervaren team waar je de nodige begeleiding krijgt om op termijn zelfstandig exportdossiers van A tot Z te beheren. Je schakelt dagelijks met verschillende partijen en zorgt mee voor een vlotte afhandeling van de zendingen.

Verder bestaat jouw takenpakket uit:

  • Aanmaken en opvolgen van luchtvrachtboekingen en exportdossiers
  • Dagelijks contact met klanten, luchtvaartmaatschappijen en internationale partners
  • Opmaken en controleren van transport- en douanedocumenten
  • Bewaken van deadlines en gemaakte klantafspraken
  • Correct verwerken van gegevens in de interne systemen
  • Nauwe samenwerking met collega’s van verschillende afdelingen

Wie zoeken we:

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor Logistiek Management of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Een eerste ervaring binnen expeditie of luchtvracht is mooi meegenomen, maar geen vereiste
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels; Frans is een pluspunt
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van MS Office
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en klantgericht
  • Je bent leergierig, communicatief en houdt van een dynamische werkomgeving
  • Je functioneert goed in teamverband en kan omgaan met deadlines
