Jobinhoud:

Als Senior Finance Specialist ben je verantwoordelijk voor een correcte en nauwkeurige boekhouding van verschillende Belgische entiteiten binnen een internationale logistieke groep. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor btw-vraagstukken, ook bij internationale transacties, en ondersteunt de Finance Manager bij de maand- en jaarafsluitingen. Daarnaast denk je actief mee over procesoptimalisatie en digitalisering binnen finance.

Verder bestaat jouw takenpakket uit:

  • Beheren van de algemene boekhouding, inclusief reconciliaties en intercompany verrichtingen
  • Verzorgen van btw-aangiftes en opvolgen van internationale btw-transacties
  • Controleren van invoerrechten, invoer-btw en douanekosten
  • Ondersteunen van AP/AR en controleren van kosten, opbrengsten en provisies
  • Meewerken aan maand- en jaarafsluitingen, rapporteringen en audits
  • Opvolgen van btw-wetgeving en ondersteunen bij fiscale controles
  • Optimaliseren en digitaliseren van boekhoudprocessen via Odoo, automatisering en AI

Wie zoeken we:

  • Je hebt een bachelor- of masterdiploma in accountancy, finance of economie, of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring in accounting en een sterke kennis van de Belgische boekhouding
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Engels
  • Je hebt een uitstekende kennis van de Belgische btw-wetgeving, inclusief internationale transacties
  • Kennis van douane en invoer-btw en ervaring in een internationale of logistieke omgeving zijn troeven
  • Je werkt vlot met Excel en boekhoudsoftware. Kennis van Odoo is een pluspunt
  • Je hebt affiniteit met digitalisering en automatisering
  • Je bent analytisch, nauwkeurig, proactief en hands-on en werkt graag samen
