Nous recherchons actuellement des talents de la cuisine passionnés et motivés pour des postes au sein d'établissements prestigieux du secteur de Genève

chef de partie patisserie

Vos missions

* Assurer la mise en place et l'organisation de son poste de pâtisserie selon les consignes du chef pâtissier.

* Réaliser les différentes préparations et créations pâtissières pour le restaurant et les services de l'hôtel.

* Élaborer des desserts à l'assiette, petits fours, mignardises et autres créations selon les besoins de l'établissement.

* Participer à la réalisation de desserts raffinés, en respectant les standards de qualité d'un hôtel gastronomique.

* Maîtriser les techniques de pâtisserie, de dressage et de finition.

* Assurer la préparation, la cuisson, le montage et la décoration des desserts.

* Travailler des produits frais, de saison et de qualité.

* Veiller à la bonne gestion des stocks, à la conservation des produits et à la limitation du gaspillage.

* Assurer le nettoyage et l'entretien de son poste de travail et du matériel.

* Respecter strictement les normes d'hygiène et de sécurité alimentaire.

Vos compétences

* Maîtriser les techniques de pâtisserie traditionnelle et gastronomique.

* Avoir une excellente connaissance des matières premières et des produits de saison.

* Maîtriser les techniques de dressage et de présentation des desserts à l'assiette.

* Être capable de travailler avec précision, rigueur et créativité.

* Savoir travailler en autonomie tout en respectant les consignes du chef pâtissier.

* Être efficace, organisé et rapide dans l'exécution des tâches demandées.

* Justifier d'une expérience minimum de 5 ans en tant que pâtissier, idéalement dans un établissement gastronomique ou un hôtel de luxe.

* Être titulaire d'une formation initiale en pâtisserie (impératif).

* Faire preuve d'un excellent savoir\-être, d'un esprit d'équipe et d'une grande discrétion.

* Avoir le sens du détail et être sensible à la qualité des produits et à l'excellence du service.
