Afin de renforcer notre équipe de Lausanne, nous recherchons un(e) Consultant(e) en recrutement et planification spécialisé(e) dans le secteur médical.

Vos responsabilités

• Recruter et accompagner les professionnels de la santé tout au long de leur parcours

• Identifier, sélectionner et fidéliser un vivier de candidats qualifiés

• Comprendre les besoins des établissements de santé et leur proposer les profils les plus adaptés

• Réaliser les entretiens et assurer le suivi des candidatures

• Rédiger et diffuser des annonces attractives

• Assurer la planification des missions et organiser les remplacements en fonction des besoins des clients

• Coordonner les plannings des collaborateurs et garantir la continuité des prestations

• Anticiper les besoins en personnel afin d'apporter des solutions rapides et efficaces

• Assurer le suivi administratif des dossiers candidats et des missions

• Développer des relations de confiance durables avec les établissements partenaires et les professionnels de santé

Votre profil

• Expérience dans le recrutement, la planification ou le secteur médical

• Bonne connaissance du marché de l'emploi et du réseau de santé de Suisse romande

• Excellent sens de l'organisation et de la gestion des priorités

• Réactivité et capacité à gérer les urgences

• Très bonnes compétences relationnelles et commerciales

• Maîtrise des outils informatiques et des plateformes de recrutement

• Excellente maîtrise du français à l'oral comme à l'écrit
