Responsibilities

  • Wash and clean dishes, utensils, pots and kitchen equipment.
  • Operate dishwashing machines and maintain cleanliness of washing areas.
  • Ensure proper cleaning and sanitisation of kitchen items.
  • Dispose of kitchen waste and maintain workplace hygiene.
  • Assist with general kitchen cleaning duties as required.

Requirements

  • Able to perform physical work and stand for extended periods.
  • Must be willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
  • Must be willing to work shifts, including evenings.
  • Able to follow hygiene and safety procedures.
  • Responsible, hardworking and able to work in a team.
  • Prior kitchen or dishwashing experience will be an advantage.
