As a Junior–Mid Analyst, you will help identify business problems, explore client data, frame AI/ML use cases for technical teams, and ensure the final solution delivers a clear return on investment.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Discovery and Strategy to frame business use case

- Data Exploration for Business Use Cases: - Proactively analyze and explore client data (or analogous public/industry data) to identify key data sources, assess data quality, and determine data readiness for AI/ML initiatives.
2. Inception Framework Delivery
- Why We Are Here: - Define initial AI/ML project objectives, scope, and success metrics from a business perspective, ability to bridge AI and ML into the business statement.
- The Elevator Pitch - Create a concise summary of the project’s value, target users, and primary differentiation.
- Product Vision & Scope - Establish a clear vision board and define "In" vs. "Out" lists to manage expectations and prevent scope creep.
- Trade-off Sliders - Prioritize project constraints—Scope, Budget, Time, and Quality—to guide decision-making during the lifecycle.
- Roadmap Creation - Help create "What’s Next" plans and ROI (return on investment) models to show the value of the AI project.
3. Client Facing & Approaches
- Client Engagement & Requirements Elicitation: - Facilitate client workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions to elicit detailed functional and non-functional requirements for AI/ML solutions. - Act as a primary liaison between client business stakeholders and the internal technical team.
- Solution Conceptualization & Collaboration: - Collaborate closely with the Solution Architecture team to ensure business requirements are technically feasible and well-understood for rapid prototyping efforts. - Contribute to the design and conceptualization of initial AI/ML solution architectures.
- Public Advocacy & Education to promote AI - Public speaking to educate potential clients on the transformative power of AI/ML, simplifying complex technical concepts into clear business benefits. - Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals that articulate the value and ROI of AI/ML solutions.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCES:
The "Must-Haves":
- Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Information Technology, Business Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Information Systems or a related field.
- Experience: 2–4 years of experience in AI-related Business Analysis, Data Analysis, Technical Consulting, or a related field (consulting background preferred).
- Programming & Technical Literacy: Foundational programming skills (e.g., Python, SQL) for data manipulation, querying, and script-based data exploration.
- Applied AI/ML Knowledge: A solid conceptual understanding of modern AI paradigms—including Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and AI Agents.
- Analytical Mindset: Demonstrated ability to analyze unstructured business problems, identify root causes, and present clear solutions.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal skills; ability to communicate technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders without heavy jargon.
- Agile Methodology: Experience working in fast-paced, iterative build-and-test environments.
The "Bonus Points":
- Technical Pivot: Background as a Junior Data Scientist, AI Engineer, or Software Developer looking to transition into a strategic, client-facing consulting role.
