Leadership or management experience

Experience working in IDD (Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities) services

Comfort overseeing IDD group home operations

Ability to lead, coach, and support direct-care staff

Strong organizational and communication skills

Commitment to providing quality care and support to the individuals we serve
