Pay: $16hr-$21hr
Our Opportunity
The Distribution Clerk provides administrative and distribution support to internal teams and external clients, ensuring timely, accurate, and professional handling of company correspondence, documents, and supplies. This role plays a key part in supporting REI’s core business operations through strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a service-focused mindset.
Key Responsibilities
To successfully support business operations and client needs, the Distribution Clerk will:
- Produce timely, accurate distribution support for all internal and external clients
- Prepare and send termination letters and other client communications
- Submit E-Verify documentation accurately and within required timeframes
- Receive, respond to, and route garnishment orders as appropriate
- Distribute incoming mail to all departments on a daily basis
- Take outgoing mail to the post office daily
- Maintain, track, and reorder distribution and Payroll Department supplies
- Perform daily filing and document organization
- Provide general administrative support and assist with special projects as assigned
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior office or administrative experience
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Comfortable using internet-based software and internal systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
- Positive attitude with a dependable work ethic
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and multitask
- Coachable, team-oriented, and eager to learn
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly
- Creative thinker who can apply sound judgment in routine situations

Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company’s performance.
