Nous sommes une organisation en pleine croissance et nous sommes actuellement à la recherche d'un Préparateur(trice) de commandes passionné et motivé pour rejoindre notre équipe gagnante.

Le (la) préparateur(trice) de commandes est responsable de prendre les commandes des clients et d’envoyer ces dernières à la plateforme de livraison selon les normes de la société en matière de salubrité, de sécurité et de productivité. Le (la) préparateur(trice) de commandes doit s’assurer que toutes les commandes sont complètes et exactes.

PRINCIPALES TÂCHES ET RESPONSABILITÉS

  • Effectuer une inspection de l’équipement de manutention, notamment du transpalette, avant son utilisation.
  • Identifier les matériaux en y apposant les renseignements requis.
  • Ouvrir les boîtes et autres contenants, au besoin.
  • Prélever les produits et vérifier que les numéros de lot et les codes de produits correspondent à la sélection requise.
  • Enregistrer les quantités de matériel à l’aide de l’équipement propre au site afin de mettre à jour les stocks.
  • Disposer les pièces en stock dans l’ordre requis pour l’assemblage.
  • Signaler les produits endommagés au service de gestion des stocks ou au chef d’équipe/superviseur.
  • Utiliser d’autres machines et équipements de manutention, au besoin.

EXIGENCES MINIMALES (CONNAISSANCES, COMPÉTENCES ET APTITUDES)

  • Posséder des compétences de base en mathématiques.
  • Être capable de comprendre les instructions dans la langue officielle du pays ou dans la langue définie par Lineage Logistics.
  • Être capable de donner des commandes vocales en anglais, si nécessaire.
  • Être capable de travailler dans des températures pouvant descendre jusqu’à -25 °C dans les installations d’entreposage frigorifique ou atteindre 37 °C dans les installations d’entreposage à température ambiante, tout en portant l’équipement de protection individuelle fourni par l’entreprise et les vêtements adaptés au travail en congélateur.
  • Être capable de soulever un poids minimal de 18 kg (40 lb). Le poids requis peut être supérieur selon les installations.
  • Être capable de travailler selon un horaire flexible et sur différents quarts de travail, y compris les fins de semaine, au besoin.
  • Être à l’aise de travailler dans des environnements présentant différents niveaux de bruit, parfois élevés.
