Customer Relationship & Administration Officer

📍 Location: Bedok South / Jalan Lekar, Singapore 💰 Salary: $2,500 – $3,200 per month 🕒 Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30 am – 5.30 pm 💼 Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent

We are looking for a Customer Relationship & Administration Officer who is organised, proactive and customer-oriented to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Relationship & Support

  • Handle customer enquiries, requests and complaints professionally.
  • Maintain positive customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate service requests with Operations and follow up on resolutions.

Commercial & Contract Administration

  • Prepare quotations, contracts and renewal documentation.
  • Monitor contract renewals and follow up on Purchase Orders (POs).
  • Maintain accurate customer and contract records.

General Administration & Coordination

  • Prepare and follow up on Permit to Work (PTW) applications.
  • Coordinate with internal departments on customer requirements.
  • Handle general administrative duties and documentation.

Your responsibilities will be assigned based on your experience, strengths and suitability.

Requirements

  • GCE 'A' Level, Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service, customer relations or administration preferred.
  • Good written and spoken English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Organised, meticulous and able to multitask.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive attitude, responsible and willing to learn.

Experience in a B2B service environment is an advantage.
