Nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) Chef(fe) de projet pour rejoindre notre équipe.

Le(La) Chef(fe) de projet est imputable de tous les aspects de la livraison du projet, jusqu’à la fermeture finale, et s’assure de l’approbation des livrables. Il (elle) contribue au pilotage des ressources afin d'atteindre les objectifs visés dans les conditions de temps et de budget définies.

Le rôle consiste à assurer l’organisation, la direction et le contrôle des ressources humaines, matérielles, financières et technologiques essentielles à la livraison d’un ou de plusieurs projets de moyenne à très grande envergure, à caractère transversal.

Le(La) chef(fe) de projet est responsable du plan de projet et agit comme point central de l’ensemble des contributeurs impliqués dans la livraison du projet et ce, en mettant à profit sa compétence à planifier et à coordonner.

Responsabilités

Le(La) chef(fe) de projet devra coordonner une équipe de travail dans le cadre d’un projet d’envergure afin d'atteindre les objectifs visés. Son rôle consiste à fixer les objectifs, la stratégie, les moyens et à coordonner les actions nécessaires à la réalisation du projet dans les temps. Il(elle) participera aux différentes phases d’exécution jusqu’au déploiement du projet.

Son aptitude à viser les résultats et à susciter l’engagement des personnes est essentielle pour gérer efficacement les équipes de travail dans l’atteinte des objectifs ambitieux du projet. Les arrimages sont nombreux et il sera amené à interagir avec un grand nombre de parties prenantes œuvrant dans des domaines d’expertise variés.

Il(elle) agira à titre de spécialiste et exercera un rôle de leadership auprès des instances décisionnelles et des équipes de travail.

Plus spécifiquement, il(elle) sera amené à : · Être responsable des livrables afin de répondre aux objectifs d'affaires et de récupération des bénéfices dans le respect des coûts et des échéanciers (en collaboration avec les différents chargés de contribution). · S’assurer de la disponibilité des ressources matérielles, humaines et financières permettant de répondre aux objectifs d’affaires convenus. · Être responsable de la gestion, du suivi et de l’exécution des projets de la feuille de route ainsi que du budget. Définir et faire vivre la gouvernance. · Prendre en charge l’identification et le traitement des enjeux ou risques du projet. · Être responsable de la reddition de comptes et des statuts d'avancement du projet auprès du promoteur ou d'autres instances décisionnelles.

Qualifications

Compétences spécifiques :

· Travailler dans des contextes complexes et faire face aux défis · Aptitudes développées à communiquer · Manœuvre grâce aux aptitudes politiques · Susciter une culture de collaboration · Planifier et coordonner · Leadership et initiative · Connaissance des outils Jira et Confluence.

Connaissances et aptitudes requises :

· Expérience dans des projets/programmes d'envergure de type "Données & Analytique" (BI)

· Expérience dans des mandats associés à l'utilisation de l'IA pour fins prédictive et analytique · Plus de 6 ans d'expérience pertinente en gestion de projets dans des contextes d’envergure · Maîtrise ou diplôme de deuxième cycle en gestion de projet (atout) · Certifications PMP / MGP / ACP · Expérience dans un contexte de gestion de risque et/ou dans une institution financière · Expérience dans un projet d’intégration de logiciel et de changement de plateforme
