Наш клієнт - українська компанія в агро- та логістичному секторі, яка працює на ринку понад 9 років. Основний бізнес - зерновий трейдинг: компанія закуповує зерно, організовує його транспортування та експорт.

Зараз компанія активно розбудовує логістичні маршрути через Західну Україну. Паралельно вона проходить внутрішню трансформацію: систематизує бізнес-процеси, розвиває цифрову інфраструктуру, впроваджує Microsoft 365, Teams, Power BI та інші інструменти. Це хороший момент, щоб прийти в компанію і вибудувати процес виконання контрактів так, як вважаєте правильним.

Ваша роль

Після того, як трейдер укладає угоду, ви відповідаєте за те, щоб контракт був виконаний вчасно, у повному обсязі, з потрібною якістю, документами та взаєморозрахунками. Ви будете центральним координатором між трейдингом, постачальниками й покупцями, логістикою, фінансами, бухгалтерією, лабораторіями та терміналами.

Цикл роботи: Contract → Execution Plan → Nomination → Logistics Coordination → Loading / Shipment → Delivery → Quantity & Quality Confirmation → Documents → Payment Control → Contract Closing.

Що ви будете робити

- Приймати закупівельні та продажні контракти в execution, перевіряти ключові умови й формувати план виконання.

- Вести Trading Execution Calendar та баланс кожного контракту: Contracted → Nominated → Loaded → Delivered → Remaining.

- Готувати, передавати й контролювати номінації партій, вагонів, поїздів та інших shipment.

- Бути основною операційною контактною особою для постачальників і покупців після укладення контракту.

- Ставити логістиці чітку задачу (що, скільки, звідки, куди, коли) та контролювати, що логістичний план дозволяє виконати контракт.

- Синхронізувати закупівлі з продажами та завчасно виявляти execution gaps.

- Контролювати кількість, якість, tolerance, результати лабораторних аналізів і сертифікати.

- Контролювати комплектність і своєчасність документів: Commercial / Proforma Invoice, Weight List, CIM, Certificate of Quality, Certificate of Origin, EUR.1, T1, GMP+, фітосанітарні та інші.

- Разом із фінансами відстежувати статус оплат і не допускати відвантажень без розуміння платіжних умов.

- Координувати опрацювання quantity / quality claims, затримок та додаткових витрат.

- Фінально закривати поставки й контракти без незакритих залишків і питань.

Що для нас важливо

- Практичний досвід execution торгових контрактів у commodity / агро / зерновому бізнесі або суміжній сфері.

- Розуміння закупівельних і продажних контрактів, Incoterms, delivery periods, tolerance / option та nomination procedures.

- Розуміння міжнародної логістики та транспортних документів.

- Досвід контролю кількості, якості та документів за поставками.

- Вміння планувати й координувати велику кількість одночасних операцій.

- Висока уважність до строків, цифр і контрактних умов.

- Впевнене володіння Excel / Google Sheets / ERP або системами обліку.

- Англійська на рівні щоденного листування, переговорів та виконання міжнародних контрактів.

- Наявність водійського посвідчення категорії B.

Буде плюсом

- Досвід у зерновій сфері.

- Досвід експорту в ЄС залізницею, зокрема роботи з CIM та T1.

- Досвід роботи з GMP+ та фітосанітарними документами.
