Koch / Spezialist für Türkische Küche (m/w/d)

Über uns Die ONIONFOOD GmbH steht für erstklassigen Geschmack, Gastfreundschaft und ein unvergessliches kulinarisches Erlebnis. Um unser Angebot zu erweitern und unseren Gästen die Vielfalt der authentischen türkischen Küche auf höchstem Niveau zu bieten, suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung einen leidenschaftlichen und erfahrenen Spezialisten für die türkische Küche.

Ihre Aufgaben • Zubereitung von Spezialitäten: Fachgerechte und authentische Zubereitung vielfältiger Gerichte der türkischen Küche (u. a. Meze, Kebaps, Grill-Spezialitäten, Schmorgerichte, Teigwaren wie Pide/Lahmacun sowie traditionelle Desserts). • Menügestaltung: Mitgestaltung und Weiterentwicklung der Speisekarte mit traditionellen sowie modernen türkischen Gerichten. • Qualitätssicherung: Sicherstellung einer gleichbleibend hohen Qualität, Frische und ansprechenden Präsentation der Speisen. • Warenwirtschaft: Kalkulation, Bestellung und fachgerechte Lagerung von Lebensmitteln sowie Qualitätskontrolle der Zutaten. • Hygiene & Sicherheit: Einhaltung und Umsetzung der gesetzlichen Hygiene- und Sicherheitsstandards (HACCP).

Ihr Profil • Berufserfahrung: Nachweisbare fundierte Erfahrung als Koch in der türkischen Gastronomie oder eine entsprechende Ausbildung. • Fachwissen: Tiefgehende Kenntnisse der traditionellen türkischen Gewürze, Zubereitungsmethoden und regionalen Rezepte. • Arbeitsweise: Selbstständiges, sauberes und strukturiertes Arbeiten – auch in hektischen Servicezeiten. • Teamgeist & Leidenschaft: Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein, Belastbarkeit und Freude an der Arbeit im Team. • Sprachkenntnisse: Deutschkenntnisse und/oder Türkischkenntnisse.
