  • - Du leitest und koordinierst eigenverantwortlich Projekte
  • - Direkter fachlicher Ansprechpartner in der Kundenbetreuung
  • - Analyse und strategische Beratung des Kunden zur Performancesteigerung im Bereich E-Mail-Marketing und Marketing-Automation
  • - Eigenständige Koordination und Einplanung von Aktionen und Newslettern nach vorgegebenen Performance-Zielen
  • - Integration von Trackingmöglichkeiten via Google Tag Manager
  • - Erstellung von Reports und Dashboards für Kunden und eigener interner Auswertungen
  • - Einrichtung von Konto-Setups inkl. Plugin-Konfiguration für die Synchronisation von Kundenbestandsdaten
  • - Koordination und Aufgabenverteilung innerhalb deines Teams
  • - Strategieentwicklung zur gezielten Umsatzsteigerung über Newsletter

Dein Profil

Das bringst Du mit:

  • - Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Medienmanagement, BWL / Wirtschaftswissenschaften mit dem Schwerpunkt Marketing, Kommunikationswissenschaften, Medienkommunikation oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
  • - Du bist handlungssicher in der Erstellung von Creatives mit Photoshop und weiteren Anwendungen der Adobe Creative Suite
  • - Du besitzt ehr gute Kenntnisse mit gängigen E-Mail Marketing und Marketing Automation-Systemen wie Mailchimp, Sendinblue, CleverReach o.ä.
  • - Du kennst die rechtlichen Rahmenbedingungen im E-Mail-Marketing und bist bei Veränderungen immer Up-To-Date
  • - Du bist sicher im Umgang in der täglichen Arbeit mit Tag Management- und Webanalyse-Systemen wie Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics und Google Data Studio
  • - Du arbeitest lösungsorientiert und kannst individuell auf unterschiedliche Kundentypen eingehen
  • - Du bist kreativ, wortgewandt und weißt, dass ein Newsletter mehr ist, als "nur eine E-Mail schreiben"
  • - Deine strukturierte, detailorientierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise zeichnen Dich aus
