Diese Stelle möchten wir primär an den Standorten Düsseldorf, Berlin, Hamburg, Leipzig oder Remote besetzen, im Laufe deiner Karriereplanung kannst du mit unseren HR-Expert:innen aber auch gerne andere Wünsche bezüglich deines Arbeitsortes umsetzen. Selbst wenn du den Großteil deiner Arbeit aus dem Homeoffice erledigen möchtest, bist du an unseren Standorten immer herzlich willkommen.

Wir suchen eine:n Werkstudent:in (m/w/d) für 15-20 Stunden/Woche. Du unterstützt unser Community Management Team und wirst gemeinsam mit unseren Kolleg:innen für unsere Kunden im Social Web aktiv. Unser Community Management Team ist 7 Tage pro Woche im Dienst. Du solltest also bereit sein, im Rahmen deiner Tätigkeit sowohl Schichten an Werktagen als auch am Wochenende bzw. Abendschichten zu übernehmen. Durch vorausschauende Planung ist der Job kompatibel zu deinem Stundenplan, bitte gebe aber bereits im Bewerbungsverfahren an, an welchen Tagen du nicht arbeiten kannst.

Im Rahmen unseres Werkstudent:innenprogramms bieten wir euch die Möglichkeit, eure Fähigkeiten und Erkenntnisse aus dem Studium unter realen Bedingungen auszuprobieren und zu verbessern. Ihr arbeitet an echten, herausfordernden Kommunikationsprojekten für globale als auch lokale Brands und übernehmt abwechslungsreiche und vielfältige Aufgaben in einem innovativen und stark wachsenden Markt.

Die Aufgabe kann erst nach einem ausführlichen Training on the job ausgeübt werden. Deshalb suchen wir primär Student:innen, welche noch mindestens vier Semester studieren. Bitte nenne uns in deiner Bewerbung deshalb deine weiteren Studienpläne!

Das machst du bei uns:

  • Du beantwortest Kommentare im kanalübergreifenden Community Management
  • Du interagierst empathisch mit den User:innen
  • Du baust Brand Communities auf und pflegst sie
  • Du arbeitest dich in die Bereiche Social Listening und Reportings ein

Unsere Anforderungen:

  • Du arbeitest präzise und gewissenhaft
  • Du hast Deutschkenntnisse auf muttersprachlichem Niveau und beherrschst die deutsche Grammatik perfekt
  • Du bringst gute Computerkenntnisse mit und gehst sicher mit Windows-Standardsoftware um
  • Du kennst dich gut mit soziale Netzwerken (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok) aus
  • Du bist bereit, auch am Wochenende zu arbeiten
