What Will You Do?
- Lead shift operations by delegating tasks, managing breaks, and ensuring smooth workflow during peak and downtime.
- Oversee administrative duties, including payroll, sales reporting, and daily team communication.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting guests, taking and serving orders, and addressing concerns with tact and professionalism.
- Ensure a positive guest experience by maintaining menu knowledge, accommodating dietary preferences, and promoting current offers.
- Handle cash transactions, operate POS systems, and manage inventory for food and beverage supplies.
- Prepare and serve beverages, food items, and assist with food prep tasks as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all areas, complying with safety and sanitation standards.
- Support team members with deliveries, stocking, and following established service procedures.
- Other Duties as required
What You Bring:
- Previous experience as a barista/cook/supervisor
- Previous experience as a shift lead.
- Restuarant and/or coffee shop experience preferred
- High School Diploma or GED
