Ben jij een enthousiaste huishoudelijk medewerker en vind je het leuk om, als vaste medewerker op onze locatie (24-32u per week), het gebouw schoon te houden en de werk- en woonplek voor onze medewerkers en bewoners zo prettig mogelijk te maken? Dan zijn we, op woonvoorziening Marius Meijboom in Amsterdam Ijburg, op zoek naar jou!

Wat ga je doen?

Als huishoudelijk medewerker werk je samen met 2 collega huishoudelijk medewerkers. Samen verdelen jullie de werkzaamheden in het pand. We zijn op zoek naar een team van drie huishoudelijk medewerkers. Je werkt aan de hand van een vast schoonmaakschema. Voorkomende werkzaamheden zijn stof afnemen, stofzuigen, dweilen, badkamers en toiletten reinigen; kortom zorg dragen voor een frisse en schone leefomgeving van de bewoners.

Waar kom je te werken?

De Marius Meijboom bevindt zich op een prachtige plek op IJburg- Amsterdam en is een samenwerking tussen Cordaan, Omega en Ons Tweede Thuis. Hier wonen of logeren hier kinderen en volwassenen met een ernstige meervoudige beperking of meervoudige complexe handicap. De Marius Meijboom bestaat uit 6 woongroepen en een logeergroep. Er is veel aandacht besteed aan een huiselijke sfeer. Binnen De Marius Meijboom werken we volgens een 24 uursvisie. Er is een intensieve samenwerking met ouders. De meeste bewoners gaan overdag naar dagbesteding Omega in de wijk.

Welke diensten werk je?

Deze vacature staat open vanaf 24 uur. Je werkt ongeveer van 08:00 - 09.00 tot 15:00 - 16.00 en de dagen zijn flexibel in te delen.

Dit krijg je

Als huishoudelijk medewerker werk je tussen de 24-32 uur, afhankelijk van de wensen van de locatie en jouzelf. En je mag rekenen op:

  • een goed salaris: Als huishoudelijk medewerker betekent dit tussen €2.241,- en € 2951,- (schaal 15 van de CAO Gehandicaptenzorg).
  • extra’s die tellen: 8% vakantiegeld én een vaste eindejaarsuitkering van 8,33%.
  • tijdelijke bonus: Op deze locatie is een maandelijkse toelage van 7,5% bovenop je salaris als je op bepaalde woningen werkt.
  • eigen regie op extra arbeidsvoorwaarden via Epassi: Je ontvangt een vitaliteitsbonus van €250 bruto per kwartaal (naar rato) als je een kwartaal niet ziek bent. Die zet je flexibel in via Epassi, een digitaal platform waarin jij zelf kiest waaraan je je bonus besteedt en of het jaarlijkse fiscale voordeel benut. Denk aan sport, boodschappen of een leuk uitje. Kies je niet? Dan wordt de vitaliteitsbonus aan het eind van het jaar aan je uitbetaald.
  • vrije dagen: 18 verlofdagen + ruim 7 balansverlofdagen per jaar (naar rato). Dit laatste kun je opnemen, opsparen of investeren in jezelf.
  • pensioen bij Zorg en Welzijn: Goed geregeld voor later.
  • eigen ontwikkeling: Trainingen en cursussen om te groeien in je vak.
  • reiskostenvergoeding: Zodat je zorgeloos naar je werk reist.
