Compensation: The expected starting base pay range for this position is $104,800 - $131,000, with full potential base salary range over a successful candidate’s tenure in the position of $104,800 - $157,200. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, internal equity, and other job-related factors. This position may also be eligible for bonus, commission, or other incentive compensation in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan of up to a 15% Bonus Target. Employment Logistics: The Manager of Compliance leads daily compliance operations, overseeing staff, streamlining procedures, and ensuring efficient workflows. This role is responsible for planning, scheduling, budget and resource management, and performance coaching while ensuring the department can adapt to the organization’s evolving needs. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably including supervisory experience Solid understanding of compliance procedures, policies, and workflows Financial literacy to manage budgets and evaluate team ROI Ability to lead a team of professionals and provide effective performance coaching It is the responsibility of every position to understand and adhere to the security guidelines outlined in OnTrac’s Acceptable Use policy and to conduct their activities accordingly.

Procedures, systems & workflow efficiency: Plan, implement, and streamline departmental procedures, systems, and information flow to maximize efficiency. Budget & resource management: Manage the departmental budget and allocate resources effectively and responsibly. Policies & service delivery: Implement processes and policies that support efficient service delivery and adapt to the organization’s changing needs. Performance goals & continuous improvement: Establish performance goals and service targets for staff, using them to evaluate performance and drive continuous improvement. Data analytics & operational insights: Use data analytics to measure departmental activity, assess results, and identify opportunities for improvement. Team leadership & development: Hire, manage, schedule, and develop teams, with responsibility for coaching, performance evaluations, corrective action, discipline, and termination recommendations.

The salary range above represents the national range for this position.
